ASHEVILLE, NC – The James Beard Foundation's® Taste America® series arrives in Asheville on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, with an intimate collaborative dinner. Hosted by Asheville's TasteTwenty Chef Ashleigh Shanti (Good Hot Fish), a Culinary Corps chef, Chef Bootcamp alum, and James Beard Award Nominee®, the dinner will feature a unique menu created alongside guest Chef William Dissen of The Market Place.
