Crisfield's signature event, the Annual National Hard Crab Derby, takes place over Labor Day weekend. Tens of thousands of visitors descend upon Crisfield for festivities like parades, the Little Miss and Little Mr. Crustacean pageants, boat docking contests and crab picking competitions - not forgetting Somers Cove Marina being transformed into a fairground with carnival rides, concerts and food vendors!
