LOUISIANA - Located in Gibsland, Louisiana, the Bonnie and Clyde Ambush Museum in Gibsland, Louisiana, is an educational center devoted to the history of Bonnie and Clyde. The museum's exhibits are filled with artifacts from the ambush, as well as from their lives.

The museum is located in the former cafe where Bonnie and Clyde ate their final meal. The museum displays replicas of their tombstones and glass from the windshield of their death car. It also features a mural of the moment of the ambush.



Bonnie and Clyde were outlaws from the 1930s, and they made headlines as they robbed gas stations. Eventually, they were killed by a group of angry sheriffs.

The Bonnie and Clyde Ambush Museum displays guns from the ambush, along with other artifacts from the rest of their lives. The museum also includes a newsreel film, which shows the moments of the ambush. The film is seventeen minutes long and includes footage of the ambush taken just moments after the ambush.



The museum also displays the fur coat that Bonnie wore, as well as her costume jewelry. The museum also has a replica of the death car and a room dedicated to the other people killed by the Barrows. The museum is open seven days a week, and admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children under five. Visitors can also take a guided bus tour of the area. The museum also has a gift shop.
