Situated in Seminole Heights, Rooster & the Till offers some of the area's most exciting cuisine and drinks prepared by Chef Ferrell Alvarez (James Beard Foundation "Best Chef: South" semifinalist 2017) as well as Proper House group partners Ty Rodriguez and Chon Nguyen from Proper House Group.

Offering an innovative menu that celebrates local farms and ranches to create farm-inspired dishes. This restaurant aims to use as much locally produced produce, meats, and seafood as possible while maintaining high freshness levels.

Inspired by Ybor City's wild roosters, the restaurant's name also represents farm-to-table dining, while its till is an allegory for uncovering new culinary pathways.

Michelin awarded Rooster & the Till its first-ever Bib Gourmand award in 2022, making it one of Tampa's most-beloved restaurants. A true reflection of its owner's passion and execution, its menu offers international flavors in an upscale yet relaxing environment.

What started in 2013 as a 37-seat restaurant featuring induction burners has since evolved into a 72-seat open kitchen restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. Their menu has expanded with additional items, including full cocktail lists. Meanwhile, their bar remains fully stocked with craft beers, wines, an impressive selection of ice cream flavors from Buddy Brew Company, and specialty coffee products.

This year, The restaurant group plans to open a second location of Rooster & the Till in Downtown Tampa in spring 2023 on the ground floor of Asher, Water Street’s most prominent luxury residential building. Serving Italian fare in the Channelside neighborhood.
