The staff at Cuba Libre was exceptional, displaying a genuine warmth and friendliness that made me feel like a valued guest. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations when I was unsure what to order. Throughout the evening, they checked in regularly to ensure that everything satisfied me. Their attentive service elevated the dining experience and left a lasting impression on me.

Moving onto the food, every bite at Cuba Libre celebrated Cuban flavors. The pre-meal bread, warm and fresh from the oven, was the perfect way to whet my appetite. The Cha Cha Cha, a tapas dish featuring crispy plantains topped with black bean hummus and avocado and tomato relish, was a delightful explosion of textures and flavors. The Ropa Vieja, a traditional Cuban shredded beef dish, was tender and juicy, with a rich and savory sauce that had me eagerly savoring every bite. But it was the crab guacamole dip that truly stole the show. The combination of fresh crab meat and the natural sweetness of pineapple created a heavenly blend of flavors that left me craving more.

I indulged in one of Cuba Libre's signature Mojitos to complement the meal. The classic combination of mint, lime, and rum was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The drink was expertly crafted, with just the right amount of sweetness and a subtle alcohol kick. Sipping on my Mojito, I couldn't help but feel transported to a tropical paradise.

If you want to continue the night after dinner, Cuba Libre offers a vibrant and energetic nightclub experience on Friday and Saturday nights. With a diverse lineup of live music and DJs, the restaurant transforms into a lively party venue, making it an excellent choice for a night out with friends or a special celebration.

To end the meal on a sweet note, the flan at Cuba Libre is a must-try. The velvety custard, perfectly set and topped with caramel syrup, was decadent and light. Every spoonful melted in my mouth, leaving a lingering sweetness that satisfied me completely.
