Famous Lou Malnati's Pizza in Chicago

CHICAGO - Lou Malnati's is one of the most famous names in Chicago-style pizza.  This family-run pizza establishment has been in business since 1971. In addition to its 38 carryout and delivery locations, the company has several full-service restaurants in the greater Chicago area.

The restaurant's menu includes a variety of deep-dish pizzas.  It also serves a large salad, an excellent meal for the whole family.

Malnati's Pizzeria has been a long-time sponsor of WGN Radio. And the restaurant has a very loyal following. So much so that it will be adding a Broad Ripple pizzeria in October of 2020.

The Broad Ripple location was the first Lou Malnati to be a full-service eatery, offering dine-in and carryout options. The new restaurant is part of a more extensive, 65-acre mixed-use development. Located just north of the Central Canal, the site is about a block northeast of the Fresh Thyme grocery store.

The family-owned chain started in 1971, with the first restaurant opening in Lincolnwood, Illinois. Today, the company has over 56 locations in the Chicago metropolitan area.
