1. Paris Baguette

Bellevue gets a massive new bakery café.



Fresh off its grand opening festivities at the very end of January, Paris Baguette is fully launching into operations for February at its new downtown Bellevue location. This marks the global bakery chain's fourth location in Washington, signaling a rapid expansion in the region.

2. Roma Roma

Roman-style pizza arrives on Capitol Hill.



The 12th Avenue Arts building is getting a major new tenant this month. Roma Roma is targeting an early February opening, filling the space formerly occupied by Rachel’s Ginger Beer with a "pizza by the cut" concept.

3. ShibShib

A new cocktail destination for the Chinatown-International District.

The owner of Capitol Hill’s Bar Suliman is bringing a unique new bar concept to Maynard Alley. ShibShib is scheduled to open its doors by February, offering an intimate, design-forward drinking experience.

4. Fire Tacos Cantina

A long-awaited arrival on 15th Ave E.
