Fond du Lac, WI – 11:11 Burgers & Beignets was founded in 2015 by Tom Faris, who had a vision to bring something new to the area. After months of consulting with his son Ryonen (also known as Ry), they opened 11:11 Burgers & Beignets.

The restaurant quickly gained popularity for its unique burgers and beignets. Over the years, the menu has grown from 7-8 items to over 30 items, including burgers, sandwiches, sides, and variations. In 2018, Tom and Ryonen opened a second location on 718 W. Johnson Street after ten months of renovation on an old and run-down building.
11:11 Burgers and Beignets is is a must-try for burger lovers in the area. Serving up creative twists on classic burgers, 11:11 offers mouthwatering options like the “Breakfast Buffet Burger” topped with crispy bacon, a fried egg, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
For those seeking a sweet and savory combination, the “PB&J Burger” featuring peanut butter, bacon, and jalapeno jelly is sure to satisfy. All burgers include a side of hand-cut French fries. Additional sides like cheese curds, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and/or beignets can be found in the “Sides & Sweets” section of their menu.
The restaurant also offers an extreme challenge for brave eaters – the 11:11 Challenge – which consists of a 40 oz burger, basket of fries, mac n' cheese, regular beignets, and milkshake, all for only $35. This challenge must be completed within 45 minutes with only a 15% success rate!
