The 2025 event, taking place on Thursday, August 21, will celebrate a "100 Years of Gatsby" theme, inviting guests to infuse the spirit of the Jazz Age into their all-white attire and elegant tablescapes. From live music to period activities, the evening promises to be a spectacular journey back in time.
The Sounds of the Jazz Age
The soundtrack for the evening will be provided by one of Philadelphia's most authentic and energetic jazz ensembles, Drew Nugent and The Midnight Society. Known for their mastery of early 20th-century hot jazz and Tin Pan Alley tunes, their performance will set the perfect tone, transporting the secret location into a grand Gatsby-era ball. Other bands and performers are expected to be announced closer to the event date.
Dancing the Charleston:
It wouldn't be a Jazz Age party without the iconic dance. Guests will have the opportunity to learn from the best with Charleston lessons courtesy of the Gimlet Girls. This fun, interactive element will encourage everyone to get up and dance, embracing the high-energy spirit of the 1920s.
