Blueprint Cookies Opens in Philadelphia
Blueprint Cookies offers eight different cookies on its menu at all times. The fan favorites—Chocolate Chip and Sugar Sprinkles—are always available, while two additional flavors change monthly and four more weekly. For those looking for something special, vegan and gluten-free options are available.
The co-founders of Blueprint Cookies, Adam August and Nick Hicks, started this cookie journey in 2019 with no experience baking cookies or recipes to follow. With a belief and commitment to each other, they hired Chef Max Santiago, who brought his expertise – and cookies – to the business.
Since then, Blueprint Cookies has continued to expand throughout Florida and is now ready for its first venture outside the state in Philadelphia. Two additional stores are planned for Fishtown and University City later this year.
