Baltimore's Wine Village Smashes Records with Expanded 2025 Season

2024 Wine Village Returns to Baltimore's Inner HarborBALTIMORE, MD – Wine Village in Baltimore has returned to the Inner Harbor for its third year, and it's already proving to be the biggest and best yet! Organizers announced a record-breaking opening weekend for the spring festival, which runs from May 8th through an extended season to June 1, 2025, marking the single largest day in the event's three-year history as thousands flocked to West Shore Park.

This year, the German-inspired "Weindorf" or wine village, brought to Baltimore by the makers of the popular Christmas Village, has significantly upped its game. A key highlight for 2025 is the largest curated selection of local and international wines ever offered, with five main wine booths presenting over 30 different wine selections. Adding to this is a new Maryland-focused wine booth, showcasing offerings from esteemed local wineries like St. Michaels Winery, Old Westminster Winery, and Boordy Vineyards.

Beer lovers also have reason to celebrate with a new partnership with Baltimore’s own M8 Beer, serving up their German and Australian hop-inspired brews including Czech Mate Pilsner and Slim Dusty Hazy IPA.

The culinary landscape has expanded too. Patrons can now enjoy a new grilled kebab booth and, by popular demand, the event’s first-ever full-time vegan booth, "The Brat and the Bloom," featuring vegan brats and crispy fried blooming onions. To beat the heat, there's a new Baltimore Snowball booth (with boozy options!) and an added slushie booth with creative, Baltimore-inspired flavors like the "Black Eyed Susan Slush" and "Peach Cobbler Slush." Cocktail enthusiasts can find unique offerings like the new Baltimore Lemon Stick Cocktail and refreshing drinks served in cored pineapples at the Pineapple Paradise booth.

Beyond new vendors, the 2025 Wine Village boasts more comfortable seating options with additional beach chairs, picnic blankets, and beer garden-style benches. The decision to extend the dates beyond Memorial Day for the first time ever gives Baltimoreans and visitors even more time to enjoy this blossoming spring tradition.
